site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address,
and a phone number. We use this information to process your order, to acknowledge
receipt of your order and confirm shipment of your order. We will also keep you
updated on your order's status if required and to personalize your shopping experience.

DAK.com disclose the information it collects to outside parties? NO, NO,
NO! Absolutely not! DAK.com does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information
to others. Period. As stated above, we do supply the required information to our
credit card processing center using secure servers and to our fulfillment centers.
Neither of these entities has the right to do anything but fulfill your order.
Our pledge is that no personally identifying information will be sold, rented

a business asset, and DAK shall have the right to transfer its customer database
in a merger or sale of some or all of its assets or in an action for bankruptcy,

You Choose The Direction, If You Want

order to choose the direction of our new products, technology reviews and improve
our service to you, I will occasionally ask SOME OF YOU to voluntarily complete
surveys. Survey answers are confidential and anonymous if you choose. If you do
